Who We Are
Carol Rademeyer, CNM, APRN, MS
Carol Rademeyer is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and women's health specialist with over 25 years of experience in women’s health. She holds a master of science degree in midwifery from Philadelphia University. She specializes in providing bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine for reproductive health in women, thyroid optimization and weight loss services to women.
As a Women’s Health Specialist, she has completed additional certifications in functional medicine and places an emphasis on providing holistic care by following the Integrative Medical model of care.

At Premier Women's Health and Wellness Services, your well-being is my top priority. During our initial consultation, I will take the time to get to know you and understand your unique needs. We can meet virtually or in-person, whichever you prefer. I will thoroughly review your medical history and listen to your concerns, because to me, what matters to you, matters. Together, we will design a personalized treatment plan that may include prescription medications, vitamins, and supplements to help you reach your health goals.
